The Sun Zone
Once upon a time there were two souls in their astral bodies waiting to jump down and be born. And then on January 7th, the first soul dove down and Natalia Ochoa (my best friend) was born. Between that day and January 15th there was a weeklong period in which the first soul had manifested in physical form, blasted into the world in full force, laughing heroically, crying like a baby. And then she just waited, knowing the second soul was on its way. She knew this BECAUSE they spoke telepathically, as they always had through their shared lifetimes. Before entering this world the two souls sat up in the stars dreaming about the love they would spread this time around. They prepared their souls to not fall for the old tricks. They planned how they would remain open to whatever happened in this lifetime and meet it with open arms, trusting themselves and each other to be strong enough, brave enough and loving enough to conquer anything. So when Natalia found herself in this new world without her partner, she reached out telepathically.
“What are you waiting for!? Come on! The air is fine!”
The second soul replied, “I’ll be right there, I promise! Just searching for the perfect moment.”
“Okay,” said Natalia. “I trust you. But since we’re apart, we’re going to have to charge our energy even more so we don’t lose this momentum.”
And so the two souls spent this week of time in the ether and on the earth connecting to one another through the frequency of love, thereby elevating everything an anything they came into contact with. As they reached for each other through two different worlds, the power between them became more unstoppable, more filled with the source of love than any other force known for a long time. During this pocket of time they filled this energetic connection with blessings and dreams, love and depth, joy and purpose, will and grace (lol). The earth shook with radiance beholding their energy. And so their mutual purpose was sealed into the thread of time…
Their purpose being to bring more light to bear on this earth by raising the collective vibration.
Then, on January 15th, this moment in time ended when the second soul dove down to be born. That would be me, Audrey Tesserot. That’s how Naty and I sealed in our fates, our love, our purpose.
This year on January 8th, I woke up and it all hit me. I called Naty to exclaim, “I have deemed this period of time… the Sun Zone.”
Naturally, on her birthday she was claiming her day, snatching up fancy hotel rooms and free upgrades, recording brave and vulnerable podcasts, riding horses, eating fancy dinners, spending time elevating with me, and being a #intuitivebo$$.
We proceeded the next day to use this energy of the Sun Zone to keep building some serious magic. During this week she mapped out a huge move to a new city fearlessly. I quit my placeholder job to create space for my true purpose. She continued building her intuitive empire. I continued building my intuitive empire. She met a special man. I cleansed my home and prepared it for a new era. She guided herself through emotional ups and downs, creating new pathways for healing and growth. I held myself and allowed myself to cry so that I could process and transcend my emotions. But mostly, we spent every single day loving each other, supporting each other, and remembering just how fucking awesome we are. Remembering our purpose, our love, our shared vision. And that energy that once shook the earth came back between us like lightning. There was a palpable buzz keeping us both strong and empowered. Clear and focused.
Then my birthday rolled around. I spent my day skiing, dancing, elevating with her, and launching a new part of my business, tarot readings. I even reconnected to a younger version of myself through a letter I had written, remembering the old, drawing in the new, and feeling so so so much love.
And that was that… or was it…
The moral of the story is not that we must wait until next year to feel into this again. But instead that this feeling, this energy, this power is a CHOICE. And we can bottle it and choose to unlock it anytime we want. Because it’s all mental. (Granted, the Spotify playlist we started helps.) But everything you think, “I’m powerful,” for instance, is a thought that leads to a belief that leads to a feeling in your body that leads to choices that lead to actions that lead to you BEING different, being powerful. And it’s through no other power but your own will power.
That’s the power of the Sun Zone. I offer this story because it is my truth. I offer this story because it is a tale that can be anyone’s truth.
You can use any moment in time that feels elevating as a portal to your own light.
And you can capture it, bottle it, take it home with you, and use your light ANY TIME you want.
